From the day we receive the completed questionnaire back from the client through the optimization upload is approximately 30 days.

Some placement can begin immediately, but the real results typically take around 90 days to take hold after the optimization is uploaded.  So, from the initial questionnaire being submitted until meaningful results is 120 days.  The good news is that the placement will continue to get better over time.

In the beginning, we will gather a lot of information about your goals, company, competition, and scope of work necessary.  That information will be on an initial questionnaire we request you complete and return to us so we can begin the research process.  The more detailed the questionnaire response, the better.

Along the way during the optimization process, we request your approval on keyword phrases, title pages, and drafts of the new professionally written content.

After the optimization is complete and uploaded (typically 30 days), you are done!  At this point, we wait for the optimization work to do its magic…  Over the next 90 days, Relevance will be in periodic contact to keep you abreast on the progress and where you are gaining search engine placement.

“White Hat” refers to the use of SEO strategies, organic techniques, and tactics that improve your search performance on search engine results. This technique demands quality and relevant information on a site, and staying within the search engines’ terms of service.

Black Hat refers to using malicious methods or “cheating” to obtain placement in the search engine results.

All methods used by Relevance are “White Hat” and involve proper coding, content, and link building.

We are primarily located in North Texas (Dallas, McKinney, Rockwall, Sherman) but also have associates in Austin.  All of our work is done in the United States.

In some cases, an older site may need to be upgraded to a WordPress site to maximize effectiveness.  If we are engaged, this will be a minimal cost to you and upgrading will make a world of difference.

We do offer FREE Hosting to all of our clients, but having us host your site is not a requirement.  However, having Relevance host the site does ensure we have the most accurate data to track the progress and performance of your website.

During the optimization process, you can expect regular communications during the discovery and planning phase, keyword selection, title selection, and approval of sample content.  After the optimization is ready to upload (typically 30 days after the questionnaire is complete), Relevance will be in periodic contact to keep you abreast on the progress and where you are gaining search engine placement (typically 90 days).

After the initial 90-120 days, Relevance will continue periodic contact to review your search engine placement and what additional work is being performed to maintain that placement.

• Receive completed Keyword Focus from tech team and send to client for approval- may need some tweaking but will ultimately need approval from client on scope of keywords
• Order Content after Keyword approval from client
• Client approves content samples
• Content is written and site is optimized
• Takes 30-45 days to do the Q&A, research, content and coding
• Submit to search engines
• Search engines take 3-9 weeks to come by to index the site
• Even after Google and other search engines see your site for the first time, you will typically not be on the front page even though your content and coding are front page quality
• Placement will gradually get better on the next rounds since the page was brand new to Google… good news is you are now placing and just jumped past thousands of other pages!
• 90 days after the optimization is uploaded- should see multiple front page placement for the keywords agreed upon by client and Relevance.
